Typically, PSA 10 is the highest way that can be achieved. However, Beckett is known for having the strictest grading standards for a 10 in the entire hobby of vintage Pokémon, there are only about 50 total Beckett 10’s. In the entire EX series, there are only six total Beckett 10 EX Holos combined. This era went from 2003 up until the end of 2007. This card happens to be from the number one rated EX set, Team Rocket Returns. This is the only BGS 10 EX Holo in the entire set. Needless to say, this is a population one and will likely stay a population one because of the stringent grading standards to get a 10 with this company.

It is difficult to value this card because in the last five years, there has not been a single BGS 10 EX Holo that has sold publicly. We would conservative value this around $50-60k but at the right auction, this could be a $100k card. Conservatively, we would value all 11 cards at about $75,000.
We have include several rare promo cards that are rarely ever seen. Every single card in this series is extremely low population. We have included several Black Star Promo cards with gem rates of less than 1%. These cards are nearly impossible to get a 10.
