When the Fossil set was first introduced in 1999, it was an instant craze! There were three different sets released in the US in 1999. Shortly after Fossil was Team Rocket in early 2000. This particular era which included the first four Pokémon sets are the ones with the most nostalgia among collectors. These are the cards that are in the highest demand because these are the cards that many Pokémon collectors today grew up on. Several iconic characters were introduced for the first time with this set including Gengar, Lapras, Ditto, Dragonite, all 3 of the Legendary Birds and several others! This Complete The Set drop is the first half of all of the 1st Edition Fossil Holos. There are 15 total holos in Fossil. This drop includes 7 of them, all in PSA 10. We will release Part 2 which will feature the 8 remaining holos within the next two weeks. This will be announced a few days ahead of time.
